Reserved tables will be only hold for 15 minutes. Management has rite to release the table if the reserved guest don’t turn up on time.
Any changes in reservation need to be confirmed before at least 2 hours to avoid discomfort and dissatisfaction. Management has rite to release the reserved table if not turned on stipulates time limit
Children’s below 12 need to be accompanied by parent or guardians
Management has rite to stop or refuse for any service of alcohol for any guest below 21 age. Management has rite to ask for ID proof for same
No outside Food & Beverage is allowed in the restaurant without Management permissions
Week days we take reservation only till 8.00pm. If it’s not busy then Management has a rite to further take the reservations
Rude Deserve card dose not reserve your rights to reservation. It’s a privilege card just to getdiscounts and redeem the points. If the waiting going on in any outlet the table will be allocated as per the first come first basis. Same is applicable for all the corporate guest who has a tie up with rude lounge.
Table reservation is depends on availability of tables. Management cannot take responsibility for any specific requirement of table.
Any guest from reserved table can’t hold table for longer time if the reservation is done for 15 pax , the guest are expected to come within 15 to 20 minutes or the management if busy has rite to move to some other or smaller size table.
