There are three areas of Knowledge woven througout each week of the Management
Employee task, Management functions and General Business skills. Each day the Trainee learns and performs employee-related tasks and completes Exercises, readings and projects concerning management functions and general business skills. Trainees Receive hands on instructions on all employee Job functions. This enables new managers to understand each job functions, to develop production Skills and to gain the management knowledge & skills to gain the management knowledge & skills necessary to ensure optimum Financial and operational performance of a Rude Loungerestaurant. Rude Lounge utilizes a composite approach in its training programme, concerning all operational areas.
" Rude Lounge " appeals to a wide demographic range. While Indian food is part of this Experience, it is not the only motivation. Most diners, when asked for their preference, go for a casual, relaxed atmosphere, excitement and a good time, in all a memorable dining Experience.
